DVTD is my life’s work.

It began with a belief I have carried for years: the greatness within us is only fully realised
when we devote our gifts to something beyond ourselves.

My gifts are communication, community building and craft. DVTD is my promise to
devote them to your work.

I began my career in advertising at M&C Saatchi, where I learned the power of language
and storytelling. At 22, I founded Digital Revere, a social media agency working
with doctors, lawyers and psychologists. That experience gave me close proximity
to the people behind the businesses. I became interested in helping exceptional people
turn what they knew into something larger than themselves.

To understand how that happens at scale, I joined the Australian Institute of
Company Directors.

Working alongside Australia’s leading CEOs, directors and executives taught me how
influence is built from the inside. Over three years, I worked across market positioning,
member experience and community within a 50,000-member institution that has helped
shape the corporate governance landscape in Australia and globally.

AICD taught me that meaningful scale requires sound systems, institutional credibility
and a community willing to carry the work forward.

Eventually, I understood that I was being called back to the work I had started years earlier,
only now with a larger frame.

DVTD exists to scale people’s life’s work.

I work with founders to uncover the clearest expression of what they are here to build,
then create the positioning, relationships and experiences that allow others to
recognise its value.
