8. Website hosting and domain registration
The DVTD website is created, published and hosted using Framer.
Our domain name is registered and managed through GoDaddy.
When you visit our website, Framer, GoDaddy and their infrastructure or technology providers may process technical information required to provide, secure and operate the website.

We use Cal.com to allow prospective clients, clients, collaborators and other contacts to schedule meetings with DVTD.

We use Xero for accounting, bookkeeping, invoicing and financial administration.

Payments may be made by bank transfer or through a payment service connected to an invoice or payment link.
Where a third-party payment provider is used, the provider may collect payment details directly from you. DVTD will generally receive confirmation of the payment and limited transaction information rather than your complete debit or credit card details.
Third-party payment providers process information according to their own terms and privacy policies.
13. Use of artificial intelligence
DVTD may use artificial intelligence-enabled tools, including ChatGPT provided by OpenAI, to support our work.
Artificial intelligence may assist with activities such as:

internal business operations.
When using artificial intelligence tools, we take reasonable steps to:

Information entered into ChatGPT may be processed according to the OpenAI service being used, the settings applied to our account and OpenAI’s terms and privacy practices.
We do not rely solely on artificial intelligence to make decisions that have legal or similarly significant effects on individuals.
